Weekend Forecast - Beer?

Right now, the long-range forecast is looking pretty darned attractive for a brew day this weekend. If it holds, I think I'll fire up the kettle on Sunday and brew ten gallons of something wonderful.

Any suggestions on what to brew?

Anybody want a hands-on lesson in homebrewing? Email me.

I didn't know you brewed. You do extract or all-grain?

All-grain, 10 gallon batches. Been at it a little more than a decade. Here's a post I did on it a while back.

Dan -

Maybe you should spend the weekend considering who next to support in the Democratic presidential nomination. Your first two picks - Edwards and Clinton - did not work out so well. Will you support Obama? Or, will you switch sides and throw your immense influence behind Ron Paul?

Congrat, anonymous, you have won the February Award for Most Pathetic Off-Topic Comment. While the month is not yet over, I see no chance of anyone doing a worse job.

A saison would be a nice beer to bring in the spring.

I'll probably be brewing again soon, and you're always invited, Spyder!
