Acquiring Self Knowledge
I told myself when I submitted a couple of my beers to the Regional Homebrew Contest last weekend that I was doing so because I wanted good, informed feedback from experienced judges so that I could improve my brewing. Now, having seen the list of winners without my name on it, I realize that what I really wanted was effusive praise and gold medals.

You should have just asked those of us who know you. We could have told you that was what you really wanted.
You were robbed!
You make the best home brews I have ever had! Don't let the fact that I have only had my own (with the Mr Beer kit) and yours get you down. Oh and the other samples at 75th St.
In fact when I took a growler of the triple home a few weeks back my brother even liked it, tho he wanted to know if you did a stout (his favorites). OK it was slightly different due to being done at the brewery, but It still was authentic Dan!
