Funkhouser's Chances in 2011

There is nobody in Kansas City with a better chance of winning the 2011 Mayor's race than Mark Funkhouser. Now that Steve "Karnac" Kraske has declared his chance "microbe on a diet" slim, things are looking pretty good for Funkhouser, since Kraske never gets anything right.
